For sizing we recommend to install your holster into your pant(while wearing them), then measure the distance all the way around the outside of your pant where you typically wear them. Now using a piece of paracord, or any other string wrapping it around your body and marking where one end intersects. then take off the cord, and measure that distance. Then Follow the chart below.
